Embrace The Moment

Thoreau's eternity

2011 is gone. It’s over. Get over it.

There may be things you regret, things you didn’t do and things you wanted to do differently. Some dreams may have come true, while others may now seem even farther away than before.

365 days of anxiety and laughter, worry and hope, friction and victory, contraction and relaxation…all in all, a big mix of emotions, thoughts and deeds that colored a year for you.

Let it go. Forget about it. The good and the bad alike, allow it to be where it will stay – THE PAST.

You have a new year ahead of you, full of possibility and opportunity, to do things in a new way, better way, joyous way. But more importantly, you have NOW.

And NOW.

And NOW.

And NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!

Make the most of it.

Years from now, that will be what you’ll ask yourself:

  • Did I make the most of where I was?

You can change old patterns of thought, do things differently and live more fully, but only if you embrace the moment and what it has to offer you.

NOW is ALL you have.

Make the most of it.

Think big, dream big & live big!

Much love,

Josip

The Universe Doesn’t Need To Be Told Twice

The Universe

Many think that they should visualize, say affirmations and meditate for the sake of the universe, to convince someone “up there” that they should get what they really, really want. The truth is – the universe doesn’t need to be told twice. When doing any of the manifestation processes, we do not do them for the universe, but for our own sake. We do it to release our own negative programming, to release our own resistance to the manifestation of our desire. The Universe/God/Spirit/Divine heard us the first time, it’s we who are responsible for keeping the manifestation away.

Sometimes, manifestation are so easy and effortless, that we wonder why it doesn’t always happen that way. Then, if we dig a little bit deeper, we see that often the faster manifestations were for things and situations that we don’t have any particular resistance to, with our thoughts and beliefs. This means that the universe had an unobstructed path from the moment we had a thought or a desire, to the moment of manifestation.

If you could think of something you want just once, for a few seconds and with clarity, you would receive it if you could not think any negative thoughts about that subject ever again. What does this mean? It means that we have to release resistance to the things that we desire and we’d have no problem manifesting anything in our lives. Ask and it is given, right?

So, what are you going to do today to release resistance and bring yourself closer to your dreams?

Releasing Techniques (Part 3) – Ho’oponopono

Ho'oponopono

Taking 100% responsibility for 100% of your life – that’s the name of the game.

All releasing techniques, like the Sedona Method and EFT, are based on an assumption that our results and circumstances in life are our responsibility and our creation. So, when we release resistance and clear out negative and limiting beliefs, we become free to create prosperity, abundance and happiness in our lives.

The third releasing technique I want to talk about is called Ho’oponopono. Read on…

Releasing Techniques (Part 2) – Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Today, we’re briefly going to cover my second favorite releasing technique – EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Now, there’s tons of stuff out there on EFT and I am definitely not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to tapping, so I’ll include some really helpful resources in this post that you can check out, if you think EFT might be something you’d like to try and practice.

Here’s an excellent video that goes through the basic setup and goes through a typical tapping session: Read on…

Releasing Techniques (Part 1) – The Sedona Method

The Sedona Method

Yesterday, I told you why releasing resistance is so important in the process of manifestation. Today, I’ll tell you exactly how you can do it. Three of my favorite techniques, which I will explain and go through in more detail below and in the next posts, are the Sedona Method, EFT and Ho’oponopono. Each one is a slightly different approach, with the same objective and each one’s success is governed by the same laws and principles.

So, let’s start with my favorite method: Read on…
